Well, we all come to the point where we want to railfan the railroad we model. For some of us it is the NS, for others the BNSF, or the KCS, or the UP, or, for the only person who models the ARR… (I’m not naming anyone… “WILL”… Just kidding).

I decided to take a side trip after a train show to try to find some BSRR equipment before WATCO comes in and repaints it all, so I decided to go to Huey Town, AL, outside of Birmingham, AL, to find a fallen flag. What I found was better then any railfanning I have ever seen:
